I tutored with a well known Japanese Education and Research company for five years in both mathematics and Language Arts/English. Mathematics is my major at school and I am most comfortable with it. I have also worked on the York Region District School Board as a tutor in the classroom in both mathematics and Language Arts. I am currently in my third year of university working towards my Bachelor of Arts Honours in Mathematics and Bachelor of Education for Primary/Junior Grades. I have been in schools for practice teaching, and have had experience teaching math lessons. I recognize that math isn't always the fun subject in school and that kids find it intimidating. My goal is to show students that math can be fun and doesn't have to be intimidating!
