1. AssisT with bathing, grooming, and dressing, Helping with toileting and incontinence care, Managing mobility and transfers& Providing assistance with eating and meal preparation.
2. Medication Management: Administering medications according to the prescribed schedule, Monitoring medication side effects and interactions.
Keeping records of medication administration.
3. Health Monitoring: Regularly checking vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, Observing and reporting any changes in the senior's physical or mental health.
