I am a caregiver who specializes in persons living with dementia/Alzheimer’s. I also have experience caregiving with persons with special needs. I have experience with diabetes (blood sugar testing, insulin, dietary needs). I have a medical background (I was an OR/ER aide). I have wonderful references, am kind and compassionate, sense of humour (sooo important), high standard of ethics, and I absolutely adore my job. I have a wonderful family, 3 young adult children, one whom has cerebral palsy but is thriving in life, 4 miniature bunnies, 2 rescue dogs and 1 tiny rescue cat. Hobbies include travel, exercise cooking and time spent with family.
