I asked her to take care of my cats a couple of time because I have to travel often! She is always willing to help when she is available, she always sends me photos and videos of my babies so I know everything is fine! She loves the animals obviously and will take the time with them! We were so pleased with Seaira's professionalism, kindness, and incredible patience with our 21-month-old daughter. As a first-time mom, I was really nervous about leaving my little one for the first time, but Seaira quickly put us at ease with her calm and caring demeanour. Our situation was unique in that we were visiting Montréal from out of town for the week. Renee was quick to respond to our ad and provided ample background information on both herself and her familiarity with our request. She stayed in communication with us as the time approached and even sent us suggestions on where we could eat while on our evening out! She brought activities for our kids (1 and 4 years old) and took time to get to know them and what our requests for the evening were. She stayed with them at our hotel, fed them dinner and got them in bed while my wife and I were able to enjoy a night together in town.
