I have lived on an acreage outside of Chestermere for 30 years, my yard equipment is 20+ us old, I maintain and repair small engines, I am a 30 yr red seal journeyman auto mechanic. I do insurance inspections and light repairs. (Brakes, tune ups, some electrical, and finding that noise). One ton and smaller only please. Also welding and welding repairs, landscaping, koi pond installation and maintenance, inverted aquarium installation in koi ponds.
