| I believe I am attentive, organized, compassionate with energy to spare. I am good for routines but still able to be fun & in the moment. I will always stress the importance of safety & courteous interactions. I like to believe I am patient and open minded, carrying the morals that kindness , remaining gentle and empathetic are important aspects to everyday life with a strong desire and dedication to explore and learn the areas of childcare development I'm not yet knowledgeable in. I strive to provide a safe, healthy, happy and creative outlet for children to be themselves while also having the energy to keep up with them. I recognize the importance of independence and being comfortable in myself in a space where children are learning to do so. I believe showcasing optimism, problem solving, understanding of people's differences and situations, fairness, silliness even are important to expose children to. Sincerity, sensitivity and self awareness are held to a high standard along with what else I've shared.
