| Hi! I'm Mary! I am a 31 year old woman who recently moved from Vancouver to Duncan. I am an experienced childcare worker and I absolutely love working with kids. My interests are being outside in nature, hiking, swimming, running, yoga, reading, cooking, and traveling. I have 5 years experience working in Childcare. Most recently, I worked as a private full time nanny to a family in Vancouver BC. I started in 2019 when the child was 1 year old, and looked after her 5 days a week until she was 2 and a half years old. I helped assist in her growth and development through activities, play groups, outdoor play, emotional development, and learning of pre-school education. I prepared her meals everyday, including healthy natural foods. I drove her to gymnastics lessons, play gyms, and school activities to interact with other kids. I looked after her with hand washing, tooth brushing, and keeping her clean and happy. I love to engage with children in creative and fun ways such as teaching them dance or yoga classes, singing songs, and doing activities together. I have worked as a Private nanny to three families, all with excellent reviews. I have previously worked as an Elementary school teacher and tutor for 2 years.
