| Hello! I am a 23-year-old university student, getting excited about the summer and looking to spend it having fun with YOUR family! I have many years of babysitting experience (including children with special needs, such as autism), camp counselling experience, and even spent two summers working as an assistant director at two large-scale church day camps. Now, I am looking to gain experience as a nanny and spend my days aiding your family, whatever that looks like for you. Some special skills and certifications I have obtained include Emergency First Aid and AED, Mental Health First Aid, Safe Talk Suicide Prevention Training, TESOL certification, and my Ontario Security Guard License. I have gained experience working in a variety of settings, such as the Residence Life department at my university, and even a security branch at my university. Personally, I love to work hard, but most of all I love to have fun. Some of my other values include honesty, loyalty, and commitment. Additionally, a few of my passions are social justice, being outside, and anything that gets me in a creative mindset. | Hi my name is meaghan, I am 20 years old, I have been babysitting and taking care of child since I was 12 years old. I went to Fanshawe college in Simcoe to earn my early childhood education diploma, finished in October 2018. I enjoy taking care of child, getting them back and forth from school, helping with homework, making sure they get to any appointments they may have, also creating new fun and educational activities. I also clean and make sure everything is maintained, for example meals, folding and washing laundry, keeping up with the dishes, vacuuming and picking up after the kids. I also have my license and my own vehicle.

| I have experience in nannying, babysitting and daycare work. I started babysitting when I was very young so I have many years of experience with all ages. While babysitting I have cooked, cleaned, planned activities, supervised, changed diapers and done nap times. My nannying experience has come from a cultural exchange I did in Italy recently for a family with a 9 year old boy. I helped teach English, brought him to play dates/ classes and lessons, supervised, helped prep dinner, and assisted with homework. Although this was a short term 2 month exchange I learned so much and grew close to the family. I have worked for 2 daycares, my most recent position was with kids& company who I’ve worked with for 8 months. I was a full time staff caring for infants but would work in toddler and preschool rooms when staffing was low. This job included serving meals, diaper changes, nap times, activity planning, providing an environment for growth and learning, and being a nurturing caregiver.
