| Hello, I am a mother of 3 lovely boys. My boys are 9,7 and 20 month old. I worked for Children Village of Ottawa Carlton for over 5 years. I have also worked with children with special needs (autism and Down syndrome). I looked after kids of all different ages including babies. When my first son was a year old I had to leave him in a daycare and go back to work after my maternity leave. It was one of the hardest thing I ever had to do. Which was nine years ago. I have experienced this firsthand, I know exactly how it feels to leave your children in the care of others. Especially for the first few weeks.
