Young female caregiver with a background in science education

I have been surrounded by children my whole life and am passionate about helping children explore their own creativity while they learn about the world around them. I have two younger sisters (6 and 12) whom I have been babysitting my whole life. I have spent the past several months helping my youngest sister learn to read, which has brought me great joy. In addition, my family was a foster family during highschool and I helped my parents extensively with child care for infants and children.
When watching kids, I enjoy activities such as playing outside, reading to them, and engaging in creative expression (arts and crafts, painting, etc.)
I am comfortable with helping with all aspects of child care such as, cooking meals, picking up kids, putting them to bed at night, and more!
I have a strong background in science education, which I believe gives me a unique outlook on childcare. I love finding opportunities to demonstrate to children how fascinating science is… They are always the most excited audience!
