Need help for Feeding, Toileting for day programs

I'm looking for a person in their 30s to provide some support to my brother. Must be aware of autism spectrum and be LGBTQ2S+ or an ally. Looking for 3 hours one day a month to take him grocery shopping and help with some cleaning and laundry, maybe do a bit of cooking together. He is 34 and is on the autism spectrum, but is fully capable of taking care of #######...## just needs a little help sometimes, and doesn't drive.

Looking for 2 LIVE IN positions 1 female caregiver weekdays 10am to Friday 7pm 1 female caregiver weekends Friday 7pm to Monday 10am Full time Care required for 60yr old female with multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury (quadriplegia). Assistance would include daily grooming routine, transfer assistance, oxygen care, in bed care, range of motion exercises (will train), application of lotions, massage for circulation, applying compression socks, meal preparation for specific diets, housekeeping, errands and appointments transportation, pet care, and companionship. Although you will be living in, No overnight care necessary unless emergency situation develops. You must be non smoker/vaper, fluent in English without an accent, and must be able to self direct duties without being told. Drivers license and own vehicle required (must bring driver’s abstract) Must have experience driving large SUV and be able to transport to appointments Current situation includes husband going through cancer treatment. Must have patient transfer experience, and willingness to learn how to care for quadriplegic. Room and board provided, included in salary
