Services such as transportation, recreation assistance, and errands will be part of this job. Looking for casual care for our lovable 3 year old son who was born with a rare genetic disorder. He is non- verbal but understands most of what you say. He doesn't walk independently yet but will walk holding your hands. He crawls and has a bike he uses to get around the house. We are weaning him from his feeding tube so proper time and care needs to be taken to make sure he is getting his hydration and food orally. Cognitively he is around 18-24 months and is not yet potty trained. He is the cheekiest, silliest and loveable boy you will ever meet. We have a large lab at home. He is very friendly but has a loud bark when people come to the door. Looking for someone who can help the occasional Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as on the weekends (mornings, afternoons, evenings) as needed.

She likes to go for walks, do crafts, play games, listen to music, read, and just hang out and giggle. The job entails personal care, tube feeding, range of motion stretches and recreation. Must have drivers license and experience driving in Calgary winters. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Special needs experience is an asset but not necessary. Alternating and variable shifts 7am- 2:30pm or 1:30pm - 9pm weekdays and some weekends depending upon caregiver availability. Can be live in or live out. Live-in room cost is $650 per month.

What: Personal Care giver to help with 8 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. He is non verbal and very social, happy, and interactive. Looking for someone to assist him with Personal Care prior to him attending school Monday to Friday mornings. Looking for Respite Services on Evenings and Weekends primarily and for occasional overnight/weekend/weekly care as needed. Also for After Program Care as needed on Thursdays from 3pm to 5:30/6pm and 1pm to 5:30/6pm one Thursday a month. Will need to be with him, warm his meals, give him his medications and change him as required.

The aide will work with the behavioural consultants, speech and language therapist and occupational therapist to provide services aimed at supporting a child with autism.
