We need a responsible, punctual and organized housekeeper with experience in cleaning and organizing. Duties include migrating objects back to their appropriate rooms/locations, helping us stay organized, bathroom and floor cleaning and dish washing. Seeking a friendly clean-up person that can help motivate kids to put everything in it's proper place by working with them (helping, but not doing everything for them). We don't expect miracles, but we want the kids to actively participate in picking everything up off the floor and put them in a reasonable place, so that floors*could* be cleaned and desks *could* be wiped. Kids are ages 6 and 4. ("Everybody clean up" songs, or "let's do this together", or sweeping all toys in a pile and helping them sort/place them where they go, organize their things). Mom will be home, but kids might participate better with someone "new" that they can interact with. This is for a shorter time because children have limited attention. We are also looking for a cleaning person when kids are not home.
