Regular cleaning services needed in Newmarket L3X0A4

We are looking for someone who will be able to come consistently every week and help us clean our house. We have 3 floors with approximately 2,000 sq. feet surface.
weekly:
- floors vacuum cleaned and mopped
- we have an X-pen with a rabbit which will needs to be cleaned
- kitchen surfaces
- dust
- tidy up
bi-weekly:
- we have 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, 1 bathroom with a shower and a powder room (basement bathroom might not be used often, it can be skipped)
Occasionally, we might ask for 1-off tasks such as cleaning the refrigerator, oven, windows, etc. We have a toddler, so at times space might be a bit cluttered.
We are ready to pay $25 per hour or approx. $410 monthly. It can be more if we need extra tasks that take longer and you are available to take them on. It is important for us to have someone consistent we can rely on
Day / time of the week is negotiable to be convenient for everyone
