Seeking a kind, responsible and organized housekeeper for general cleaning. Ideally you should have experience and references. Services such as Window cleaning, Wall cleaning and Clean up after pets will be part of this job. A little about us - I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids under age 5, homeschooling the oldest. My husband works away. I find I am spending most of my time during the day cleaning up and just trying to catch up on the daily tasks such as dishes, cleaning up after meals, and the kids and laundry - and I'm not able to take the time to sit and enjoy my day and my kids. After 9 wonderful years, our amazing housekeeper, who has become like family, is sadly moving away at the start of the new year. We will miss her dearly, and now we’re searching for someone special to fill her shoes in our home in Upper Mission (Iron Horse Estates). Our home is fairly large, approximately 6,300 sq ft, so we're looking for someone who can help keep things running smoothly, ideally coming twice a week. In addition to general housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, etc.), we’re hoping to find someone who can: • Help organize and rotate our kids' toys (ages 4 & 6) • Manage donations of outgrown clothes and toys • Handle household tasks such as arranging pool openings/closings and scheduling services when needed • Do light errands like grocery or pharmacy runs as required • Organize pantries and closets to keep everything neat and functional If you know someone reliable and trustworthy who might be a good fit for our family, please send me a message! Our goal is to find support with the 'daily grind' tasks in our home so we can focus our time on our kids and our business. **A Bit about Our Household** - We are both hard working individuals, running a business, volunteering and pursuing advanced education - We have 3 elementary school aged boys. We keep them active with music, sports, reading and outdoor adventures. - We have no pets. - With all the sports and activities our house organization can get out of sorts pretty quick. **Responsibilities:** - Regular house cleaning and tidying - One-off deep cleaning as needed (fridge, appliances, etc) - Laundry duties - Basic household maintenance - Organizing storage and closets Qualities we value: - Trustworthiness and reliability - Strong organizational skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently - Open and honest communication Become a pivotal part of our household family. Compensation based on experience somewhere between $15 and $20 per hour. We will supply all required equipment and supplies needed for this role. We feel that we need around 15-20 hours a week to keep up with the workload but we are flexible with scheduling and hours. Our preference would be to have those hours in the mornings and/or afternoons for a couple days a week, but we are open to suggestions if we are working with the right individual!
