I am a married mother of one but also a registered nurse at the local hospital. I am almost done my maternity leave and my husband works out of town on and off. Being a nurse means 12 hr shift work. I work a rotating 2 days 2 nights then 5 days off schedule. With an occasional shift in those 5 days off. My parents have offered to watch him over night at this point but would need help with the days.
