Hello. My name is Randall, and my wife's name is Kristi. We both work Shiftwork. My wife is a Paramedic and I am a heavy equipment operator and seasonal runway maintenance operator. We are looking for childcare/nanny services that would fit our busy schedules. We work all days of the week, different days each week. My wife has a set schedule that rotates every week plus she is in school with placement shifts in between (only until July). I work 12-13 hour days in the summer Monday to Friday and shift work in the winter. Looking for help from 11 AM till 6 PM (7 hrs), Oldest daughter stays home during the day, my son goes to daycare. Pick up is needed from time to time. Looking for care 3-4 days a week, no weekends.

12-20 hours per month (2-3 evenings) Care is for our children who are 1 and 8, and sometimes our 7 year old niece and 8 year old nephew as well. (2 or 4 children total) Our 8 year old is Autistic and is still in diapers. He is verbal, feeds himself, can communicate his wants and needs effectively but needs help with toileting/diaper changes. Now that our daughter is 1 we’d like to have a couple of date nights and attend an event or 2 every month, that is the times we will need care.
