Child care for our 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son. Looking for someone who can do early start times, get daughter to school bus and drive son to preschool; pick up from preschool/bus, provide meals until spouse or myself return from work. Will play, nurture, care for, yet discipline as well. Would be scheduled around 12 hour shift work, some early start times and some days into the early evenings. Reliability & Flexibility a must. Hi. Looking for someone to help us with our 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 year old son and daughter. RN works 12 hour shift work, so schedule of needs would flex on weekly basis depending on shifts. Daughter in kindergarten and is bused to and from school - so would have to take to bus and pick up. Son is in preschool in Hagersville, - would have to drive to preschool and pickup ( position requires that car seat stay in your vehicle) When children are in school, option to be off for day period or provide housecleaning/light meal preparation. Example of work week... Week 1 - Monday start at 6:30am - (kids in school by 9:00am) pick up at 3:30pm - stay until myself or spouse returns home (6:30pm - 7:15pm) Tuesday - same Wednesday - start at 5:30pm (lay over between my night shift start and spouse return home) Thursday - start at 5:45am - 7:30am/ return at 6:00pm til 8:00pm Confusing schedule, I realize - better explained in person. Wages comparable to daycare rates and cash weekly. Must have a reliable vehicle, be compassionate and fun for kids - while providing the appropriate forms of discipline for ages.
