I'm a mother who is looking for a part time live out nanny. I want the hired candidate to work three weekly shifts and be on call for extra if need be. The person must have CPR-C and first aid certificates. That and she must have a criminal record check. There is one more qualification, I want the candidate to have some experience with young babies, preferably someone who helped raise one or someone who has babysat them. The three weekly shifts are: Tuesday's 10 am-8pm, Thursdays 2pm-7pm, and Fridays 2pm-7pm. Tasks include changing diapers frequently, feeding baby formula and washing/sterilizing bottles. That and playing with and bathing my daughter. I also require the candidate to play with and put her to bed, swaddling her. Doing light chores are also encouraged, such as dishes, sweeping and laundry, but above all the happiness of the baby is priority. This job is for someone reliable and willing to work extra hours if needed. We need someone who is willing to stick around possibly into next year, despite changing schedules.
