We have to kids, 5 and 3, and require two days a week of care. The days can be flexible but we'd like to lock in a consistent schedule, with one after school day through the evening/bedtime, and one weekend day in the morning or afternoon for a few hours. We need someone who is experienced with this age, able to drive, comfortable with bedtime and doing light cooking/housekeeping (eg kids dinner prep, tidying up, folding laundry). Outdoor play and arts & crafts are a big thing in our home, so must be able to participate with the kids.
