Experienced babysitter or mother's helper needed for periodic scheduling

We have two children, 3 and 5, and looking for periodic babysitting help on weekends or evenings. This would sometimes be when we are at home doing housework, but other times when we're gone for a few hours for errands / dinner. Must be able to drive (not necessarily with kids in the car but to get to our house), and participate in outdoor and play activities.
We have to kids, 5 and 3, and require two days a week of care. The days can be flexible but we'd like to lock in a consistent schedule, with one after school day through the evening/bedtime, and one weekend day in the morning or afternoon for a few hours.
We need someone who is experienced with this age, able to drive, comfortable with bedtime and doing light cooking/housekeeping (eg kids dinner prep, tidying up, folding laundry). Outdoor play and arts & crafts are a big thing in our home, so must be able to participate with the kids.
