We are looking for a live out nanny or babysitter for a 14 month old and 10 year old to begin in December or January but would consider earlier to secure the right candidate! I will be returning to work in the new year and although my hours are pretty regular, my husbands are not. We could guarantee an agreed upon number of hours, but may need slightly more or slightly less depending on what is happening with his schedule each month. Unfortunately we don't get his schedule until the 23rd of each month, which is why we are happy to guarantee hours, we just won't know exactly what they will look like until the 23rd. These hours would only be during the normal working day, ###-### but will vary rarely fill the full 8-9 hours. Monday to Friday only, and most weeks Tuesday to Friday. We have three large dogs and live on an acreage south of Beaumont so you must have a vehicle to get here and be comfortable with dogs and cats. What is most important is finding someone who is calm and patient with my little guy. We would want someone who is comfortable rocking him to sleep for his naps and then placing him in his crib. He is a good sleeper, but needs someone to help him get to sleep. We are not interested in leaving him to cry. He's happy, fun and a pretty easy little guy.
