We are looking for a unique and flexible caregiver assistant to join our warm and loving multigenerational family in Kleinburg/Vaughan. If you are an energetic, caring, and efficient woman, with the ability to pivot easily from one task to another, we are looking for you! About the Role: You will provide ongoing support to a busy, self-employed single mother of two wonderful kids—an 11-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy. Additionally, you will offer secondary support to the kids’ grandmother, who lives independently from us, but no longer drives. We also have a small dog who is part of the family. Key Responsibilities: • Care for the children, including getting them ready for school, driving them to/from school, making lunches, homework help, providing meals, walks to the park, etc. • Assist with daily household tasks: meal prep, light cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, manage household organization, etc. • Be available for the kids on sick days and PA days. • Be available to provide occasional evening or weekend care (with advance notice). • Visit Grandma twice a week, accompanying/assisting her to appointments, grocery shopping, etc. • Walking the dog as needed. • Running errands, mailing packages, children’s hobbies, etc. 2-Week Rotating (Regular) Schedule: • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – 8 AM to 6 PM; Thursday 9 AM to 1 PM • Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 8 AM to 6 PM; Tuesday 9 AM to 1 PM Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience caring for school-aged children and “tweens” • Highschool diploma; post-secondary educational background involving children is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are required. • Fluency in English (oral/written) is essential to facilitate clear communication. • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with preference given to experienced drivers. Owning a vehicle is preferred. • Must be a Canadian citizen or have a valid Canadian work permit. (No sponsorships or paid transfers.) • Ideally, you come from a multigenerational family yourself, therefore you're sensitive to senior’s requirements.

We are seeking a responsible and caring weekend nanny to provide childcare and light household support. Key responsibilities include: • Ensure constant supervision of both baby and toddler. • Engage the toddler in developmental activities and play, including reading and singing. • Prepare milk bottles and simple meals/snacks for both baby and toddler. • Handle diaper changes and assist with potty training. • Tidy play areas, clean up after meals, and wipe down surfaces. • Follow nap schedules and soothe children to sleep. This role is focused on childcare, with light household duties when possible.
