My husband and I are shift workers, and we have sporadic schedules. He is on parental leave right now, but when he returns to work in March we would need reliable childcare for about 2-3 hrs in the morning (6-8) and 2-3 hrs in the evening (5-7). Our son who will be 12 months in March would need to be dropped off and picked up at his dayhome near pernhorn mall (unless we can find something closer!) our youngest daughter who is 3 attends daycare very close to our home and is ok to be dropped off by her older siblings, but would need to be picked up as well. There are some days where my husbands schedule and my schedule overlap on a night shift and we’d need someone to stay at our home overnight to babysit. If our schedule overlaps on a day shift that is on a weekend, we’d need someone at our house that whole day as well.
