My husband and I are shift workers, and we have sporadic schedules. He is on parental leave right now, but when he returns to work in March we would need reliable childcare for about 2-3 hrs in the morning (6-8) and 2-3 hrs in the evening (5-7). Our son who will be 12 months in March would need to be dropped off and picked up at his dayhome near pernhorn mall (unless we can find something closer!) our youngest daughter who is 3 attends daycare very close to our home and is ok to be dropped off by her older siblings, but would need to be picked up as well.
There are some days where my husbands schedule and my schedule overlap on a night shift and we’d need someone to stay at our home overnight to babysit. If our schedule overlaps on a day shift that is on a weekend, we’d need someone at our house that whole day as well.

Hello! Hours would be Thursdays approximately 7:30 to 4pm, however the hours are flexible. If available, I would love care the occasional Tuesday morning/early afternoon as well. We live near a couple of great parks that my boys love to explore. We also have a large fenced in yard and love to spend time outside searching for worms and bugs, playing hide n seek, swinging, biking, hanging out in the sandbox, and playing with our very friendly chocolate lab, Peanut. I often take her to doggy daycare on Thursday so she likely will not be home.
We are searching for someone who can commit to Thursdays for July and August. We also want an honest and reliable person to provide our children with safety, compassion and understanding, gentle-parenting style, and of course as much outside time as possible! Weather permitting….I get not everyone wants to walk in the rain :)
