We are looking for care for our one year old son on a full-time basis when both my husband and I return to work in April. This position would be great for a university student looking for summer employment. Hours would be Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 4:30 (or slightly adjusted). My husband works from home two days a week. Our son, who will be 14 months when you begin, is a happy, social baby. He sleeps and eats well, and LOVES to be around people. We live in a lovely neighbourhood, and would encourage lots of time spent outside once the weather warms-up. If you are interested in taking him to outings (or the music class he currently is in), we would be happy to have you take him on outings. When he naps, if you could help with a little meal prep or tidying the kitchen or his toys, that would be super helpful! We look forward to hearing from interested applicants.

We are looking for a caring, responsible and reliable nanny to look after our 10 month old daughter, and on rare occasions support with looking after our older son who is in kindergarten. We are a friendly and positive family and would love someone who is energetic and bubbly to join our family dynamic. Ideally this person would have at least 2 years of experience working with children ( infants or toddlers) as a nanny, doula, teacher, or daycare attendant. The rate is $18-$20/hr based on experience. They will be responsible for feeding, napping, diapering, and playing with our daughter, as well as light housekeeping activities such as sanitizing bottles, laundry, dishes, tidying, and meal prep. We would ideally like someone who is flexible to work more hours on occasion and is open to travel across Canada and the US to come with us on family vacations. Hours: - Total of 37.5hrs/week to start - Must be available to work 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Duration: 6-12 months Ideally has CPR certification and able to provide 2 references. We are open to support work visas / permanent residency, however the individual should be currently legally entitled to work in Canada. No agencies please.
