We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide specialized care for our 2-year-old child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The caregiver will work under the guidance of a certified therapist to implement ABA techniques and support the child’s development, well-being, and daily needs. Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy plans under the guidance of a certified therapist. Monitor and document the child’s progress and behaviors. Provide consistent routines and structure to support learning and daily life. Assist with daily activities, including feeding, bathing, and dressing. Engage the child in age-appropriate activities. Communicate with parents regarding progress and concerns. Offer support for a 3-year-old sibling as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience caring for children with autism or special needs. Experience in ABA therapy is preferred, but we are open to candidates with the right caregiving background. High school diploma required; relevant education (Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Early Childhood Education) is a plus. Arabic fluency preferred for communication purposes. Ability to work in a culturally sensitive environment and adapt to the needs of a practicing Muslim Shia family. Ability to care for a 3-year-old sibling as needed. First Aid and CPR certification are a plus. Clear criminal background check. Flexible schedule required. Compensation: Hourly wage of $20, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
