Experience with adhd and mild autism would be great, otherwise someone who can keep the kids active, is confident and creative with deflecting or de-escalating when big emotions arise and has a confident, calm and playful manner. There is lots of flexibility to determine the days and times of babysitting. I am hoping for weekly reprieve for at least one 3-4 hr shift but could use more help.
