Hi, I'm Niamh, 30, from Wexford, Ireland. I’m an elementary teacher with 16 years of childcare experience. I’ve recently moved to Maroubra from Vancouver, where I worked as a full-time nanny for two years and then returned to teaching for a year. I cared for two children from five months and two years old, and I’ve seen them grow into energetic three- and five-year-olds. I have taught kindergarten to grade three and grade seven.
I’ve also worked with children in Ireland, including newborns, twins, triplets, and up to five kids at once. My experience includes caring for children with additional medical and intellectual needs such as Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, ASD, and severe food allergies, including medication administration.
I enjoy art, craft activities, spending time outdoors, and I’m comfortable with light housekeeping, meal prep, and keeping spaces tidy. I hold a first aid certificate, WWCC, police clearance, and a driver’s license.
