| I have been tutoring struggling high school students in maths since I was 15, helping them to fill gaps in past knowledge and developing study skills. In recent years I have also tutored primary aged children and high school chemistry and English. I find helping students to reach their potential and improve in struggling areas very rewarding.

| I have 4 years experience working as a maths tutor with children as young as year 8 and as old as year 10, one with rather serious dyslexia. For 2 years I worked as a disability support worker with children as young as 8 and as old as 31, with varying complexity in disabilities. I have a degree in Environmental Science Wildlife and Conservation Biology and an Honours studying the impact of fire ecology on frogs. During my time at university I also was involved in peer mentoring, Tutoring other students in science and stats units and helping guide in study tips.
