| Hello, My name is Loren and I am a mother of four children. Two of whom have Autism and ADHD. I have grown up with a brother who also has ADHD and have had the immense privilege of having a variety of friends growing up throughout high school that had epilepsy, or cerebral palsy. We still have contact now over 20 years later. I have also cared extensively for children who have had a range of special needs over the past 20 years and currently care adhoc for a family with a special needs child once a month also. My children who are special needs are currently 13 and 8 years old respectively. The care of children with additional needs is considered a privilege to see them grow and learn new skills and become comfortable with trusting their carer. I very much have valued the time that I have had with each family that has allowed me this privilege in the past to care for their children when the time has come. Their care and safety is always my highest priority when looking after any children but especially our special needs children.
