| I work in the Royal Victoria Belfast Sick Children's Hospital in a 22 bedded general/ respiratory ward. Currently I am on a career break and living in Sydney and would love the opportunity to care for children whilst over here. I have cared for multiple sick children throughout my time in the hospital including those with complex needs. I have a lot of experience with enteral feeding devices, medication management, respiratory support and the holistic needs of a child. I was also a personal care assistant for a family in Ireland for 3 children with complex needs. This job abled me to develop communication skills such as Makaton and recognising the change in behaviours and acting appropriately. I am caring, patient and reliable and would love the opportunity to make a difference to the family life of someone here in Sydney.
