| I'm studying Occupational Therapy (3rd year at UQ) and am particularly interested in supporting people in the community. I'm very passionate about OT and how person-centred it is and I bring that mindset into my work. I believe it's so important to be friends with the people you work with because that makes life (and work!) so much nicer. I'm extroverted by nature and enjoy drawing, light exercise, and all kinds of music and movies! I have experience as a support worker and I have worked with with people who have intellectual impairments, BPD, hydrocephalus, and are blind. Also, my brother is on the spectrum (Asperges), although it also feels weird to define him by that - but I will for the sake of this description. I really believe working together will benefit both of us and I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with you! I look forward to talking with you!

| I have had a wonderful 30 year career working with babies, children, teenagers, young adults, adults and aged care. I have retired from this work and after caring for my mum, I am now looking for some extra income as a mature aged single female. I have raised two children and two grandchildren and cared for my mother and various aunts and uncles and considered that a privilege I have worked with new born babies right through to palliative care. I have worked with all type of disabilities as a speech pathologist, residential care supervisor for autistic children and adults And as a diversional therapy assistant in an aged care facility for patients with dementia. Happy to travel 15-30 minutes or more if travel expenses paid.
