I'm studying Occupational Therapy (3rd year at UQ) and am particularly interested in supporting people in the community. I'm very passionate about OT and how person-centred it is and I bring that mindset into my work. I believe it's so important to be friends with the people you work with because that makes life (and work!) so much nicer. I'm extroverted by nature and enjoy drawing, light exercise, and all kinds of music and movies! I have experience as a support worker and I have worked with with people who have intellectual impairments, BPD, hydrocephalus, and are blind. Also, my brother is on the spectrum (Asperges), although it also feels weird to define him by that - but I will for the sake of this description. I really believe working together will benefit both of us and I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with you! I look forward to talking with you!
