| I'm a full time worker at a leading specialist school in the country. I have seen everything from behaviours to fluids, and my calm and steady personality and manner allows me to deal with with ease. I am a big believer in communication, especially with children who have additional needs, as well as promoting independence at a reasonable level. I am studying to be an occupational therapist as well as a future in improving the lives of children with additional needs is my passion. I can confidently use the PODD book, eyegaze systems, some key word sign and some body sign. I am always learning more sign and am happy to expedite the learning process if that is what is best for your child!
