• Deep cleaning of designated areas within the Restaurant, Kitchen and offices, vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, shining glasses.
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain occupational health and safety, Environment and Quality standards in the workplace.
• Fully trained and have Knowledge of handling manual and automated tools to clean various articles (i.e. blower vac/ carpet cleaners).
• Use all equipment in accordance with procedures and maintain all equipment in a clean condition. Proper use of general cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• On time management for cleaning with high quality result by understanding customer satisfaction.
• Ability to use and prepare different type of chemical solutions, remove waste as per waste management guidelines and safe handling of equipment.
