Nursing Student with Hands-On Experience Offering Compassionate and Reliable Childcare Services
|
As a third-year nursing student from the Philippines, my passion for caring for others, especially babies and children, is at the heart of why I chose this field. While I don't have formal experience in babysitting, I've been caring for children since 2017. My journey began when my brother was born and, due to the lack of maternity leave in the Philippines, my parents were unable to stay home most of the time and care for him. I stepped in as his full-time caregiver, learning the ins and outs of newborn care, from feeding and changing to soothing and comforting him. As he grew, I continued to support him by overseeing his daily routine, helping with his homework, and ensuring he stayed on track with his activities. My experience expanded further when I took on casual jobs helping my aunts and relatives after they gave birth, providing newborn care, and assisting with household tasks. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a practical understanding of childcare and a strong sense of responsibility. I’m patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy providing a nurturing environment for children to thrive in.
