Over the last 6 years, I have gone from Babysitting to Nannying to being a live-in Au Pair and I am now looking for a role back in nannying again. I have experienced several age ranges from 9 months to 14 years old, both girls and boys. My skills include - Childcare during the mornings (breakfast prep, school lunch prep, getting children ready for school and to school on time. - Child day care (entertainment for children throughout school holidays and looking after and entertaining younger children during the day) - Light household chores - After school care (homework duties making sure the children understand and can complete their homework, prepping dinner for the children taking into consideration their health and dietary needs) - Evening care (getting the children ready for bed in the same process that they are used too with their family, getting them settled and into bed) Ensuring each child is healthy, safe and motivated in everything they do to positively enhance both their education and personal skills is what I believe is most important and by giving them the support and encouragement for this, is the way in which I work in childcare.
