| I have had five years experience working with children including After School care Work, Babysitting and outreach work with teenagers. I therefore enjoy working with children of a variety of ages and feel passionate about contributing to their unique learning experience. I previously worked in an After School Club where I worked as a room leader and was responsible for taking care of the children's welfare and creating stimulating activities for the children to engage in. I feel I am a highly emotional intelligent individual and I am therefore sensitive towards children individual needs and know how to adapt my communication effectively. I am also aware of the practicalities of working with children as I have worked with babies as young as one month, so I am prepared for how demanding this work can be. I feel I have been creative in my work with Children in that I incorporate my own interests and skills for example I enjoy singing and promoting outdoor activities with children and feel this has a positive impact on their social and practical skills. I would welcome the opportunities of a babysitting job and would look forward to the further opportunities it would offer.
