Hi my name is Keryn and it looks like I may be able to help with your needs.
I have extensive experience working with newborns and children up to 14 years of age.
For 18 years I worked in a Primary School supporting children in a variety of roles, including working one on one with children with special needs and a range of disabilities. I also ran the school library, researching and acquiring varied learning resources. This experience will help me to assist children with their home learning and pre school learning activities.
I have three young grandchildren whom I have had a large involvement with raising in recent years, as well as previously working in a childcare centre. I am very confident in a number of settling techniques, understanding the importance of any sleep routines that are in place. I am able to assist with feeding and basic meal preparation, including both purées or Baby Lead Weaning techniques.
I am very nurturing, caring and comfortable with children, as you will see when you first meet me. I pride myself on being able to form bonds and take time to ensure I cater to each child’s individual emotional needs.
