I have a love for humanity and strive to make a positive difference in the lives of children.

Hi, I’m a fit and young at heart, mature (52yo) mother of 4. As unique individuals, the’ve had much to teach me. I’m still learning! I was a stay-at-home Mum and immersed in all areas of parenting. I have a focus on healthy food options and enjoy cooking and cleaning. I have parented within two-parent and single parent family dynamics. I have a deep love for children. I’m a dab hand with babies and adaptable, accepting, patient, loving caregiver. I pick up on the values and preferences held with the family and try to maintain consistency but recognise that their relationship with me will be uniquely different. My favourite (Hebrew) proverb that relates to children is that: “A child is a not a vessel to be filled, but a lamp to be lit.” I am not religious but live in accordance with my own moral code that values family, honesty, compassion, giving service, celebrating difference, growing and thriving and being happy (just because....) :) I have taken a course in first aid in 2017 but will keep refreshing. I have had a some background in medicine and psychology and can communicate easily with a any health professionals as well as teachers, coaches etc.
