Hi! I have been a babysitter for about as long as I can remember, but dating back to when I was 14 years old - which makes about 10 years. More recently, however, I undertook a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while working at my local childcare centre, and am thus a certified early childhood educator. In this position, I was involved in the care and educational development of children aged from 6 months to 6 years, which included a range of duties from cleaning and toilet training to emotional support and comfort, as well as helping the older children take their first steps into formal education.
I love working with children, and still babysit on a casual basis. I maintain my Working With Children Check as well as my First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training just to be safe. I'd love to get the chance to meet your child or children and see how I might best be able to lend a hand.
