Lillian - Experienced OSHC Educator, Nanny and Tutor

I am a 23-year-old OSHC educator with 5 years of experience working at a primary school in Brisbane. I work at a large service caring for 200+ children daily and have held a leadership role for 2 years as a “Responsible Person,” completing extra training for this position. In this role, I manage daily operations, lead educators, and run activities for children aged 4-12 (prep to grade 6). I have also worked as a nanny and tutor. As an experienced educator, I am trusted with leading younger age groups but have extensive experience with older grades too. My strengths include behavior support, inclusion work, outdoor play, messy play, program planning, and running fun activities/clubs (i.e. cooking, art & craft, embroidery, sewing, loom knitting, face painting, and STEM activities). I’m comfortable balancing engaging activities with supervision, cleaning, and kitchen duties.
