Caring and Reliable Professional, Dedicated to Nurturing Growth and Creating Positive Experiences
|
My name is Emma, and I recently completed my Certificate IV in School-Based Education Support. Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children, from pre-primary to year 12, as a relief education assistant. This experience has deepened my understanding of the various needs of children and young people, allowing me to bring a compassionate, empathetic, and supportive approach to every interaction.
I hold a current first aid certificate, a Working with Children Check, and a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), ensuring a safe environment. My time working in special needs schools has enhanced my skills in behaviour management and emotional regulation, learning effective strategies from experienced teachers and assistants.
I come from a large family, often caring for younger relatives, which has enriched my ability to provide nurturing care. Although I haven't worked as a paid babysitter, I truly enjoy supporting children and find it rewarding to help them grow. My experience and passion for working with children allow me to offer a well-rounded, empathetic approach.
