| I have completed 120 hours of clinical placement in Bupa aged care in Toowoomba I can work team environment and I am highly motivated by challenges I worked in high care low care and dementia unit.

| My experience is in both community and nursing home environments with my most recent position as a Lifestyle Assistant, which requires generating care plans for clients needs to get them involved in daily activities and be part of their community. I have personal understanding of Palliative care and people who may be suffering with Cancer. I have also worked with Dementia clients and clients with mobility issues..

| I have been in the ages care industry since i was 15. I began my career through school work experience falling in love with that as a career, I was then offered a trainee ship though school to work in a 17 bed aged care MPS dealing with a range of mobile and immobile residents in that facility I successfully completed two years at my first MPS and was soon offered a position at a high care dementia ward caring for a total of 8 residents. I love my line of work and although I have faced the ugly truths of age care there is nothing I would want to do more then continue my career in age care.

| Working to serve the aged is not merely a duty for me, it is a desire that is derived from years of looking after my ailing grandparents and the satisfaction that I earned is enough for me to do this job for a lifetime. I comprehend that it is often very difficult to work with residents who are suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia and other disabilities but I will strive hard to understand each resident’s ailments and to work with them effectively with a person-centred and holistic approach. I am currently employed at CPL Disability and Support centre Toowoomba. I did my university-aged care placements of 80 hrs for the course NUR1299 Foundation of Nursing Practice at Brodribb Homes, Toowoomba in September 2018. As for the certificate three in aged care, I completed 80 hrs of placement service in Bupa Glenvale in April 2018,
