I have been in the ages care industry since i was 15. I began my career through school work experience falling in love with that as a career, I was then offered a trainee ship though school to work in a 17 bed aged care MPS dealing with a range of mobile and immobile residents in that facility I successfully completed two years at my first MPS and was soon offered a position at a high care dementia ward caring for a total of 8 residents. I love my line of work and although I have faced the ugly truths of age care there is nothing I would want to do more then continue my career in age care.
