My name is Betzie , an experienced teacher, coach and a healthcare assistant, and aged care. I bring a combination of health care knowledge and passion for helping people to my daily work. Warm, responsible and organized in assisting patients and clients with mobility and hygiene. I believe that building trusting relationships with patients and clients can benefit their overall wellbeing and improves their quality of life, I have experienced working with patients with memory loss, and I use my expert organizational skills and health care knowledge to in-still and maintain systems that benefit these patients/clients and I bring empathy, compassion and friendliness to my patient/client interactions daily. I have good communication skills, with reliability, flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and big confidence of self that I easily learn things for the benefit of my job. I am also dependable in being professional in doing my job and to my colleagues. Believes that strong work ethics is very important in the working environment while maintaining personal boundaries.
