Looking for support with ADHD paralysis

Hi,
I’m 23, have a fun amount of ADHD & work full time. I have 2.5 cats (I have a baby kitten i accidentally adopted which is the 0.5) and I’m struggling to stay on top of chores. Because of this I go into full on adhd paralysis mode & can’t get anything done. In need of someone to be there & work side by side with me a couple hours a week as emotional support to get things done!
$171 - $2206 Hr. / Week

I'm looking for a nanny to take care of my 16-month old twins when i return to work. One twin has a slight developmental delay and requires exercise routines to be followed over the days to support her. The girls are active, lively and need to be kept engaged. During the day, you may be required to do meal prep for the girls, and some light household duties. Additionally, you will be required to do school pick-ups for my 6yr old from Burwood. We have 3 girls, 1 yr old twins - Tara & Maya and a 6 yr old at school. Require a nanny to provide care during the days for the twins and school pick up in the afternoon for the 6yr old. Needs to be energetic, fun and hands-on and will be required to do some light housework. On some days there will be additional support by grandma.
