Laundry & Wardrobe Management * Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding. * Organize and store clean laundry appropriately. * Ensure clothing, linens, and textiles are in good condition and manage repairs or replacements as needed. Kitchen * Keep the refrigerator organized and clean, regularly discarding expired items and maintaining hygiene. * Assist with meal planning and grocery shopping, ensuring all ingredients are available when required. Errands & Household Supplies * Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up/dropping off dry cleaning, and restocking household supplies. * Maintain an inventory of cleaning products and household essentials, ensuring availability at all times. Repairs, Maintenance & Calendar Management * Identify any home repairs needed and coordinate with professionals to address them promptly. * Supervise contractors and repair personnel during on-site visits. * Maintain and clean household appliances, arranging for spare parts or repairs when required (e.g., replacing filters, dust bags). * Maintain a household calendar to track when services, maintenance, and inspections are required (e.g., HVAC, pest control, cleaning services). * Schedule and track vet visits and healthcare for the family’s cats. Pet & Plant Care * Feed and care for the family’s cats and fish, ensuring their health and well-being. * Provide pet care and house-sitting services during family absences. Child Minding * Provide light child-minding duties from time to time Outdoor Maintenance * Perform light outdoor tasks, such as blowing away leaves, removing cobwebs, and cleaning accessible areas (e.g., windows, front door, balcony). * Oversee annual professional exterior cleaning and maintain accessible areas between services. Administrative Duties * Coordinate household schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. * Manage household bills, deliveries, and appointments related to home maintenance. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
