Help needed to cook 3 times a week for a busy household in Lane Cove North

I require someone to help cook dinner for my husband, me and my 2 years old son every week. My husband and I work long hours and are terrible cooks so need help on this!
When: 3 times a week for 3 hours each session
Monday (to cook Mon and Tues dinner)
Wednesday (to cook Wed and Thurs dinner)
Friday (to cook Fri and Sat dinner)
Cuisine: Ideally Western and Chinese. Healthy home cooked meal that is suitable for 2 years old son.
Misc: If there is extra time left, grateful if they can do light household chores like folding clothes and vacumming.
Requirement: Someone with experience cooking and strong hygiene. It's super important to us that things are clean around the house.
Location: Lane Cove North
